Developing students' literacy skills is key to students' language development. With the help of experts from the EDB and leading universities in the city, the department had been refining its reading and writing programmes.
To motivate students to enjoy learning English, a language-rich English learning environment is crucial. Different English cultural and reading activities, festival parties are also held to drum up students' excitement in using the language.
